A few things most dealer principals ask before reaching out.

Is this really confidential?
Yes. Conversations with Coussa Group are held in strict confidence by default. Nothing is shared with OEMs, lenders, staff, competitors, or third parties without your explicit, written consent. If you’d prefer an NDA in place before we speak, note it in the booking and we’ll send one within the hour.
Do I have to be ready to sell to book a call?
No. Most dealers we speak with are two to five years from a transaction — or still deciding whether to go to market at all. A confidential conversation early is how you avoid leaving value on the table later.
Will you try to list my store?
No. We don’t run public listings, and we don’t engage anyone without a mandate. The point of this call is to give you an institutional read on your position — whether or not we ever work together is a separate conversation.
I’m a buyer, not a seller — is this call for me?
Yes. If you’re an operator, dealer group, or PE-backed buyer looking at automotive retail in Canada or the U.S., this is the right starting point. We’ll cover your target profile, capital band, and what our off-market pipeline looks like.
Do you cover the United States?
